I woke up at 7:00. Made and ate dinner, was looking for the job via Internet, called to my brother, cleaned the room. Both of my rail are bad ( fall away from the teeth). Sometimes I feel a slight pain in the temporomandibular joints. I have sound of crutching when I turn my head of the bag. I have muscles tension. Tomorrow I will go somewhere by bike. I can not touch the hands of land, with a slope to the front (contraction of the muscles along the spine).





Don’t be ashamed to cry if you really feel like it.

But despair is not good.

You have to fight, if you want to live.

Life can surprise you.

I woke up at seven. I do exercises every morning ( stretching). Today I ate dinner. I was looking for the job. “Kann ich eine Arbeit bekommen? Leider, bei uns nicht.” I learned few sentence about me in German language: “ Mein name is Martin. Ich bin 28 jahre alt. Ich wohne I Wroclaw (Polen). Ich habe Dysgnatie ( Retrogenia) und Kiefergelenke Dysfunction. I suche arbeit. Kann ich eine Arbeit bekommen?”

1) Über mich:

Mein Name ist Marcin Kozak. Ich wohne in Wroclaw (Polen). Ich bin 28 Jahre alt. Ich bin das fünfte Jahr Student Der Polnischen Philologie (Universität Wroclaw). Ich bin polnischer Staatsbürger. Früher studierte ich an der Fakultät für Maschinenwesen der Technischen Universität (Breslau, Automation und Robotik, Biomechanik).
Ich kam auf diese Studien auf das vierte Jahr und trat wegen gesundheitlicher Probleme.


2) Mein medizinisches Problem:

Ich habe Dysgnathie (retrogenia), die komplexe beide kieferorthopädischen und chirurgischen Behandlung und Kiefergelenk Dysfunktion erfordert habe. Die Dysgnathie schlecht beeinflusst mein leben.
Ich plane Komplex sowohl kieferorthopädischen und chirurgischen Behandlung. Die Behandlung wird dauerte etwa zwei Jahre. Ich brauche einen Arbeit zu finden. Ich muss Geld für die Behandlung zu verdienen. Gibt es eine Möglichkeit, einen Arbeit zu bekommen?

3) Welche Arbeiten werden gut zu mir?

1) So dass ich mit gesundheitlichen Problemen zu tun

2) Ich habe nicht zu viel sagen und verhängen ein schweres Gewicht
3) Nicht sehr harte Arbeit

1)Problemy stawu skroniowo-żuchwowego. Resorpcja żuchwy. Krwiak. W badaniach Martinsa i Karabouta z roku 1985 roku, przed operacją problemy stawowe występowały u 41% osób ( w większości ból i klikanie). Po operacji problemy stawowe były u 11% osób ( czyli u wielu zniknęły problemy stawowe po operacji żuchwy). U 4% osób, które przed operacją nie miały problemów stawowych, problemy stawowe się pojawiły. U Panuli i współpracowników w badaniach z roku 2000 problemy stawowe przed operacją były u 73 % osób ( widać, że ludzie z wadami ortognatycznymi mają dużą skłonność do zapadania na problemy stawu skroniowo-żuchwowego). Po operacji problemy stawowe deklarowało 60 % osób ( Patrząc na te badania, na które powołuje się autor artykuły wydaje się, że jest tendencja do poprawy problemów stawowych po chirurgii ortognatycznej. Nie wiem czy wyniki tych badań odzwierciedlają ogólna tendencje zanikania problemów stawowych po chirurgii ortognatycznej, czy to tylko przypadek). Nowe zaburzenia stawu były u siedmiu procent operowanych.

Po co młodzież ma okres buntu?

Po co młodzież ma okres buntu? Czy dobrze jest bać się okresu buntu u młodych? Nie. Okres buntu to czas, kiedy młody człowiek jakby dystansuje się do tego, czego uczyli go rodzice i definiuje siebie na nowo. Młody człowiek potrzebuje takiego zdystansowania się. Musi określić jakie wartości są dla niego ważne. Chyba dobrze myślę nie? Młodość musi się wyszumieć. Moim zdaniem człowiek potrzebuje trochę zabawy za młodu. Nawet w księdze Hioba w Biblii, która mówi o tym, że życie człowieka to jest cierpienie, znajdujemy wzmiankę o dzieciach Hioba, które lubiły biesiadować ( ten motyw pojawia się w historii ludzkości od dawna). Młodość potrzebuje zabawy, rozrywki.

1) Every job that I could do with malocclusion and temporomandibular disfunction.

2) Salary? I have to pay for a room, bay food, and pay for orthodontic treatment in Belgium (What is the cost orthodontic treatment? 2000-2500 euro/two years. What is the cost of surgery (BSSO) in Sint Jan Hospital? 4350 euro). My mode of transport is bicycle.

My name is Marcin Kozak. I live in Wroclaw ( Poland). I am 28 year old. I am fifth years student of Polish Philology (University of Wroclaw). I am polish citizen. Formerly I studied at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering University of Technology (Wroclaw, Automation and Robotic, Biomechanical Engineering).

I plan complex both orthodontic and surgical treatment in Belgium (surgery in Sint Jan Hospital in Bruges). Treatment will be took about two years. I need to earn money for treatment. Is there a possibility of getting a job?



4)My skills:

I know polish language. I have got knownledge about polish literature. I am interested in cycling. I fix my bike.

After studying at the Technical University of Wroclaw I know mathematics: Mathematical analysis. Linear Algebra. A bit of ordinary differential equations.

I take pictures with the camera.

I can write the texts.

I can speak a little english.

I learn quickly.

Looking for the job

I thought, that it will be good to my, to get a job. I need money, because everything cost. I woke up at eight. I was looking for job in Bruges. Where I called? Gent University – they are out of job (yesterday); European Collage Bruges (yesterday) – I may sand the letter to them ( I send); Employment Office Bruges – Lady gave me her e-mail address and told my I could sand my CV to her and answers the question: what kind of job will by good to me? Catholic University College of Bruges – Ostenda ( School and university) – job? I don’t think so. Hotel Campanile Bruges –job? We don’t have anyone. That I realized I haven’t enough money to call, and I start to sand e-mail information. I had the joy that I can talk with people in English. Thank you.
